Cancellation Policy
Speaking Engagement, Workshop & Live Event Booking Policy Booking Rich “Trigger” Bontrager for speaking engagements, workshops, and live events is a commitment to delivering a high-impact, transformational experience. Booking & Confirmation All engagements are secured upon receipt of a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer. Dates are not guaranteed until both are received. Investment & Payment Terms A retainer of 50% is required to confirm your event. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled engagement. For bookings made within 14 days of the event, full payment is required upfront. Travel & Accommodations Client agrees to cover all agreed-upon travel and accommodations, including airfare, ground transportation, and lodging. Travel arrangements and event logistics must be finalized in advance to ensure a seamless experience. Cancellations & Rescheduling Due to the limited availability and preparation involved: All retainers are non-refundable Rescheduling requests made 30+ days in advance may be accommodated based on availability Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable Event Modifications Any changes to event scope, format, location, or schedule must be communicated promptly and may require adjustments to the agreement and investment. Force Majeure In the case of circumstances beyond control (e.g., travel disruptions, emergencies, natural events), both parties agree to act in good faith to reschedule the engagement at a mutually agreed-upon time.
