What is laser coaching for leaders and speakers?

Simple. It’s one-on-one personalized coaching in 15-minute increments for people who present their ideas to others and want to do that more effectively. Coaching is focused on getting you to take the next step to help you up-level your delivery and presence on both physical and virtual stages.

Our first call is a 30-minute “get to know you” session. That’s so I can get to know you well enough to guide you effectively. We’ll identify your big dreams, and the action steps you’ll need to take to reach them. We’ll also uncover hidden obstacles so we can overcome them.

Each subsequent session is 15 minutes. On each call, we will target a specific obstacle you’d like to overcome or a skill you’d like to learn to help you advance toward your goals. We will explore the issue and identify the homework that we agree on. You control how often we meet and the area of focus for each session.
