I’m Rich “Trigger” Bontrager — a seasoned broadcaster, celebrity talk show host, producer, executive presence coach, and now official spokesperson of the Bravehearts TV Network. With over 30 years of lighting up stages, airwaves, and streaming screens worldwide, I’ve built a career on giving others the tools to command attention and own their media presence.
Born with a lifelong stutter, I defied the odds to build a powerhouse career behind the mic and in front of the camera. Today, I use that same fire to help entrepreneurs, speakers, and executives unleash their voice, amplify their presence, and build their personal media empires.
And coming summer 2025, you’ll catch me as the host of “The Warrior Within” — an original Bravehearts TV show diving deep into stories of courage, resilience, and leadership.
