Online Video Consultation Booking Policy All video consultations must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Rescheduling & Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled time are non-refundable. No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable. Session Start Time: Sessions begin and end promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other clients’ bookings. Technology Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, working camera, and audio prior to the session. Confidentiality: All sessions are conducted in a professional and confidential environment to ensure trust and privacy.
