She began her adult life as an Optician, but her love for fashion tugged at her artistic personality.

Ana found a way to integrate the optical and fashion worlds. She began her sales career in the wholesale distribution industry. She managed territories for one of the largest fashion conglomerates worldwide.

In 2020, Ana’s world turned upside down with the unimaginable murder of her oldest daughter, Isabella Joy Thallas.

Learning the heartbreaking details of her daughter’s murder, she was determined to make a change in Colorado.

Ana authored Bella’s Not Here Anymore with the hope of encouraging those who have experienced sudden, traumatic loss. She shares the love, wisdom and insight that only the mother of a murdered child can know. Her prayer for you is that you will make it through the day; you will find your new purpose and you would remember that you’re not alone!
